Memet M.
Yazici, Managing Partner
Mr. Yazici
leads the Istanbul office and has over 15 years of experience in start-up and growth stage business management
and private equity. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of Stinson
Brand Innovation, providing strategic consulting services in to
start-ups and private equity portfolio companies in technology and health
science sectors. Previously he held various investment and operating roles
in ventures focused on telecommunications, content and delivery technologies. Mr. Yazici holds a M.B.A. degree in finance and marketing from the Simon Graduate
School of Business at the University of Rochester, and a B.S. degree in
Engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
Kurtay
Ogunc, Ph.D., Managing Partner
Mr. Ogunc has spent almost 15 years in portfolio construction and rebalancing, risk management, asset allocation, and strategic investment consulting for institutional investors. During his tenure, he worked as a Senior Research Consultant and Thought Leader at Watson Wyatt Worldwide in Washington, DC, and managed about $200M at the LSU Foundation, designing a behavioral portfolio of equity mutual funds, as well as a bond portfolio of mortgage-backed securities. Most recently, he was the founder
and Chief Investment Officer for Alpha Dynamics Group. Mr. Ogunc earned a
Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and Master of Applied Statistics from Louisiana State University, and a M.B.A. in
finance from
Western Michigan University. He also holds a B.B.A. from Marmara University,
Kuyubasi, Istanbul, Turkey.
